What Sue will need is a photo, not more than a year old, which can be mailed or emailed to her.  The photo will be returned with your Aura Report.  You could also include your date of birth (and birth time and birth place if you know them).

You will receive an 8 1/2 x 11 form that is colored and written, similar to the smaller sample shown here. All information is specific to you and is for current health of body, mind and spirit.  

 

The versions with writing are available, also the "new" version with computer generated coloring. All versions come with 4 to 5 written pages similar to the 4th, 5th, & 6th pages shown below.
